Adding new baby in I-130

Hi, I born in INDIA, I became an US citizen in 2004; I filed I-130 for my brother in 2004 after I became US citizen. I live in NJ. They just recently moved my file to another processing center.

My question:

After I filed, my brother's family had a baby, she was born in 2006.
How can I add new baby in current file?
What forms do I have to fill out?
Is it going to affect processing time of current file?

Simply call USCIS, the toll free number and ask them. If I remember correctly I only had to write a letter and send in copies of birth papers, along with the Case Number for it to be adjusted. It's been a while but call and they will tell you exactly what to do and if I remember correctly, they normally write you back to say that the child was added on to the case.
