Adding Middle initial on the GC

My middle initial/name is missing in the GC. How can I add that in the GC? All my other documents contain my middle initial/name. Only the GC is missing it. I don't know why they missed it. Recently when I applied for a different state Driver's license, the DMV didn't accept my gc because my middle name was missing. Does anyone know how to add it and how long the process takes?
 
You need to file form I-90. If it a mistake of USCIS, then you can file without attaching any fee. Keep in mind that if your I-485 application did not mention your middle name then it's not USCIS's fault, but you or your attorney's. In that case, you need to file with $185 fee.

-------pralay has replied to your post, download the form I-90 and fill it, sign it and visit Local USCIS office with Infopass, take the I-90 form, 2 Passport style photographs, your GC , your passport and any other document , reciept recieved by you from USCIS that has your correct middle name initial on it. if your I-485 filing reciept has your middle initial name then take copy of I-485, if your EAD or AP had correct middle initial name Take the EAD or AP copies also take your birth certificate and copy of it. Show what they ask. if it is USCIS mistake they will not charge $185, if it is your lawyer mistake on I-485 form then you have to pay $185.
please update others after you visit local USCIS office to file I-90 for others knolwege.
