Adding I-140 into your USCIS portfolio

Hello All,
I have created an online account with USCIS with my portfolio carrying I-485/765/131 case numbers.
Question: Can I add I-140 case number to my account portfolio? Since I-140 is Employer's petition I wasn't sure if adding that to my portfolio could cause me any trouble? Please advise.

There will be no issues..you can add the I-140 receipt..
