Add aged out unmarried children on firm DS 260

Hi,
I’m a DV 2022 winner and wondering if it’s okay to add my children(22 years old) on my form DS260(even though I’m not creating separate DS260 for them) under the “Add Applicant” tab? I correctly omitted them from my original entry.
Will appreciate your take on this.

Nope, they’re not eligible. You cannot add them. You can only list them on your DS260 form as your children.Using the “Add Applicant” tab = creating a separate DS260 for them.

Thanks. I just can’t see where on the DS 260 they can be listed as they were not on my original entry. Every time I want to increase the number of children on my form, it doesn’t accept. It gives me the message that it does not match.
Thanks.

There is a section where you list all family members. At the end of each child’s details you check that the child will not be immigrating with you. That’s all that needs to be done.

I’ve seen the question “do you have any children?” I answered “Yes”

and when I key in the number of children “2”, it wouldn’t accept. It says it does not match my original entry.

seems I may not be able to add the aged out children.

I’m not sure what you’re doing but I know other people have successfully added older children who were not on DV entry. Are you sure you’re not trying to add them as immigrants? You do need to list all children on the DS form.

Well, I’ll be glad if somebody who managed to add their older kids can help out. I have meticulously checked and I just can’t find my way.
