These are the documents I carried.
1. I-131 Application for Travel Document
2. Attachment to Form I-131, Application for Advance Parole. (My attorney sent it to me. If you don't have one, they will be giving you when you enter BCIS office)
3. Copy of the receipt of I-131. (If you had applied one already else the fee for the application)
4. Copy of the receipt of I-485.
5. 2 Immigration type photos. (You can also take them there, I think. I saw many taking there. I don't know if its for AP also).
6. Proof of travel - Airline ticket, emergency reasons etc. (I heard Boston office issues AP or I-AP only for emergency purposes)
Even when my I-140 was approved (after an RFE) and we showed the tickets, the officer refused to issue I-AP to my wife. So please check before you go. Its really frustrating to wait out of the building in the chillness for an hour or two to get an early number and then get rejected.
Good luck
