Finally approved after GC Roller Coaster Ride

Applied Labour Aug 2001 from Philadelphia. That time Philly LC taking around 2 years.
Employer got one LC and not used for anyone. Since it suits with my education, experience and skill set (so paid 1200/ bucks to the employer to use that LC for me) and I used that LC and applied for I-140 in Mar 2002 and I-140 approved in May 2002.,
Filed I-485 in May 2002.
Company name got changed (Tax_id remains same and only name changed). With my lawyer suggetion to be on safe side in case if rule changes in future applied I-140 Amendment for company name change (When I talked with couple of other lawyers afterwards i.e after filing I-140 Amemndment they told actually you don't need to file Amendment in this case).
Problems started from now on. INS thought I-140 Amendment as new I-140 for somebody else and denied my approved I-140 and I-485. My lawyer doesn't know how to file MTR so hired another lawyer to file MTR. INS re-opened my case on Dec 3, 2003.
Issued Intent to Deny ontice on Jan 27,2004 for employment letter(with Intent to Deny you get only 30 days to respond) and replied to INS and response received by INS on Feb 25th,2004.
Got approved on July 14th, 2004 (FP1 : July 2002 and no FP2)
Dependent approved on July 30, 2004. (FP1: July 2002 and FP2: May 2002)

Dependent case details:

AD: July 30, 2004
FP1 : July 18, 2002

In between I contacted Congress Man office in NJ and Lawyer concated AILA. They helped me lot to open my case.

Thanks you guys for all your support. Sorry for posting delay.
