Acualy pay is less by 20K, what to do

hi guys

I am going for interview soon, my question is

I was on H1 getting paid 50k and still working on same pay rate but using ead because my h1 expired last years november 2003, my LC approved on 72k its 20k diff. is that a big problem

It shouldn't be a problem, if your company is doing fine. Like if it is having good turnover. Then you should be ok.
