IO at Louisville told me that my case has been "pre adjudicated" on 06/27/07 and it is "under review".

Let's hope "under review" implies "pre-adjudicated". At least, that would mean a visa number was most likely reserved for it, and it has a very good chance of being approved before Oct 07.

Still Waiting for the 'Approval'

Hey Folks,
We are also in the same boat, Got FP2 notice on pending 485 last week and is going for the same on 07/13/07, Not sure whether they have assigned it to the officer at TSC.

VSC to TSC - 03/02/2007
LUDs on 485 -- 05/22/07 & 05/23/07
FP2 -- 07/13/07
Name Check -- Cleared according to IO at Infopass Apt
485 AD ??????

Any of you guys were lukcy , who had lud on 06/27 28 and 30...mine was transerred to Local Office for interview as per Attorney office...

any thing cooking on your case?
