Ace Technologies- Shutting Down

Today I came to know that Chuck and his brother Dilip Kumar Sharma are working very hard to shut down Ace Technologies and Puresoft as soon as possible to prevent any lawsuit from DOL/OIG/Law of Enforcement office and green card victims of ex-employees and also to boost FCS share value. Be aware of those who petitions/Labor are currently pending. Chuck never cared about Ace technologies employees and even they won’t respond your e-mail related to GC issue. That’s what happened in the past. Remember he already cheated more than 75 people including people who were worked for Ace more than five year. Considerable number victims moved back to India due to Ace fraud. Till date close to 60 I140 petitions were denied and 5 petitions were revoked. Currently reported to Office of Inspector General (OIG) also about Ace's frauds 1) Filed multiple I140 petitions using the same labor 2) Knowing the fact that being a temporary agency, not eligible to offer permanent position but they cheated by giving pre approved labor (permanent position) to more than 100 people. 3) recycling of gc labor 4) filing GC labor in multiple state for the same person and selling another labor to some one 5) illegal money transfer between Ace and Pursoft to FCS Limited (will report to IRS) 6)Knowing the fact that they don't have to enough revenue to overcome ability to pay they promised by giving pre approved labor 7) Forcing people to work illegally without filing H1B 8) not providing H1B petition copy 9) Making illegal pay cut 10) Giving false information in LCA petition etc.,

A FINAL WORD TO THE CURRENT ACE EMPLOYEES…..
Chuck is closing Ace within 6 to 8 weeks from now SAVE YOUR AS*, if you are smart.

I highly appreciate that you have come out boldly and discussed this issue. People should lean form what you have gone through and fight against INJUSTICE, It is easy to say on my part that "Please Fight against the Injustice", In reality it takes a lot more guts to do that.

I couldnt avoid posting this reply to every real or crocodile "cry" here. hey arent you educated enough to read before you sign the offer letter
- looks like you are so desperate in need of job. who is at fault?

One thing for sure none can do illegal business here as they know they will get screwed - so they work according to the loop holes the law provide.
Are you looking at making newer laws? I understand everyone likes to work for their fathers company in reality none exists - no offence.

You are talking of single attorney as far as I know every immigration law firm does this, dude. so looks like you need the immigaion process to be
as easy as canadian where you can download forms and file on your own.

Coming back dont you know the rules for labor substitution and pit falls involved. looks like many in this post are desperate to get gc and free

I understand everyone needs to get past 180 days past I485 filings so you can be on you own; until then all these cant be avoided, please take the exploitation since everyone knows about it and dont want to do anything for you or me.

PERM was a big step forward to speed up labor certification but priority dates were retrogressed for I485 - what did we gain in the end.

I know all of us come with big dream and this country has much to offer. We slog ourselves to better everyone and why do we need sponcers to obtain gc? Isnt 6 years of H1B period you working here good enough to file your I485 on your own since you have already proved yourself better.

2 cheers up for usgcdotcom!.you're absolutely right , most of your points coincides with my thought , we people always honest , honest wins but takes long time..but do we have that much time ?...but people (illegal immigrants) dont care anythng as they dont have anything to lose...yet they get the citizenship faster no hassles,no worries,....( but legal immigrants has to suffer lot for just the GC ..even not Citizenship...what the heck ???)....
