"Account Transcripts" or "Tax Return Transcripts"

Which one should I bring to the interview?

I managed to get all "Account Transcripts" (2008-2012) but I only got "Tax Return Transcripts" from 2009-2012. And I was only able to order the 2008 one by calling the IRS (website didn't have year 2008).

Also, I'm having trouble getting two copies of each since my wife will also need them. IRS online and phone say they can't send the transcript anymore for an unknown reason. Maybe I can just get one? In this case, do copies work for USCIS?

Thanks!

If they ask for tax transcripts, it's the Tax Return Transcripts they'll ask for.

But it looks like you can't get either right now because of the government shutdown. Fortunately, you probably won't need them if you're applying with the 5-year rule and don't have long trips outside the US that would jeopardize your continuous residence.

That was before the shutdown. I actually managed to order the 2008 tax return transcript and they sent it empty (it's an automated system). I could only do 2008 by calling them though.

I can order a copy of what was submitted in 2008 but it'll cost US$ 60.00 and it'll take 90 days. I will also need it for my wife.

Hopefully I won't need it. But I was thinking in asking it just in case...
