I'm getting very close to filing my petition and have a few final checklist questions: it would be great if anyone had the answers.

Form I-131 asks for any USCIS document showing present status. I'm presuming a copy of my current, valid I visa and I-94 will do - is this right?

Form I-765 asks for a front and back copy of my last EAD - what's an EAD??

Form G-325A, for my wife and me, asks for no docs, no pics, nothing - is that right?

Form I-864 - they don't need a copy of my wife's passport?

Form I-130 - do I put my wife's G-325A in with this?

Thanks so much in advance.

Ead is Employment authorisation document , since you dont know what it is i am assuming that you never had one. They dont need a copy of your wifes passport.Thats all i can remember but i know what it is like filing those papers is pure hell.you have to make sure you spell everything right and then panic sets in after you filled out all the forms right thinking that u somehow made a mistake after you sent it in.I used an immigration lawyer.I do remember that i had to take 2 or 3 passport photos pf myself and one of my spouse to send in with G325A.Also photocopy your I94 and send it in.

I-131 I can't answer since I don't applied for that but others can answer you that.
I-765 yes front and back of your I-94. Okay, you are applying for I-765 that is your Employment Authorization Document called in easy was as EAD. After you receive it (the card-EAD) you must apply for your social security number.
I-864 just your information or the information of the co/joint sponsor if you have one, tax returns, employment verification and last paystubs.
I-130 Yes your wife G-325a is with that one plus in your I-485.
In the form I-130 you should put a set of photos of you and your wife photos in it. Another set of your photos with your I-485

You can verify this information on the instructions of each form.
The lingo for EAD, DO and things like that (you will read about it a lot) you can check teh threat of AOS interview timeline or AOS experience, can't remember there is a lot of information over there.

Good luck,

Copy of I-94 and copy of your visa from passport.

If this is your first time applying for EAD, ignore that requirement

Form G-325A, for my wife and me, asks for no docs, no pics, nothing - is that right?
Thats correct. You only need to fill out biographic information

Form I-864 - they don't need a copy of my wife's passport?
No.

Form I-130 - do I put my wife's G-325A in with this?
Yes. One for you and one for your wife for the I-130. For the I-485, you need to submit another set of your G-325A

Thanks so much in advance.
