ACCIDENTAL VOTING AND REGISTRATION

My daughter just turned 18 last 2 weeks ago. She was asked by her teacher to register to vote and eventually voted even though she was not a US citizen. She asked the election officer to removed her ballot but she was told that it went through already. Now what will happen to her? What is her chances of application for naturalization in the future? Would she disclosed that she accidentally registered and had voted? She was naive of the situation and did not consulted. She thought that it was okay since she is a greencard holder and has a SSN. What is the best thing she should do? Would she disclose this during her naturalization interview that she actually voted? Please advise. Thank you very much.

A worried Dad here.
