Acceptance of 485 without FP fee possible?

Hi, I suspect that my employer has not sent the FP fee checks to delay my case. I know he is trying his best to delay it. Is it possible for INS to issue 485 receipt without getting a check for biometrics?

Hi, According to my best knowledge FP fee has to be submitted with I-485 and G325A.If your employer hasnot sent the FP fee you/he must expect the case to be returned.

Again, this is my opnion and I might be wrong.

-----------if FP fee not sent they may return the papers or send letter for FP fee. why do you need employer to control your I-485? I-485 is YOUR petition and you can file through YOUR lawyer.

They will send you a request to send in the biometric fee. Why is your employer in charge of your money and your paperwork?? You should send the $70 biometric fee. I think you will have to wait for the letter so when you send it you can the letter requesting it back. Make a copy of the letter for your records.
