If you are a spouse of a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident, enter Spouse of USC or Spouce of LPR. If you are a child, enter Child of USC or Child of LPR. If you are a K1 fiancee, enter Alien Fiancee of U.S. Citizen. If you have been granted Family Unity, enter Family Unity.
