Accelerate the processing time of I-130

Dear all

I wanted to ask you anyone know whether its possible to change accelerate the processing time of I-130. I'm in lots of hurry ,its the matter of lives really.

I'm not talking about a regular way,instead, I thought may be for some kindda medical emergencies they change the date. For example if I'm in the middle of my procedure and I need a brain surgery,is it possible to push this time ? Or is it possible to apply for tourist visa when you're waiting for GC ? I mean can I take a non-immi visa and stay at US till the procedures finish ?

if I-130 is filed on your behalf, it will be very difficult to get a non-immigrant visa. As for medical emergencies, you may try for a Humanitarian parole.
