I have applied my GC for computer engineer on client server technology and JAVA. Now I am working on ERP. Can I use AC21 to show the new job on ERP or it has be same skill set of client server as mentioned in labor.

In short is it safe as long as I am a computer programmer or the skill sets too have to match with that was mentioned on labor/ RIR adv. to apply for AC21

Please make sure your title and job responsibilities are same as previous labor while using ac21, otherwise you will be in jeopardy.
