Hi Guys,
If any one of you used AC21 with out having LC approval notice with you please let me know. I am contemplating to use AC21 as I dont have LC approval notice with me. I only have just I-140 notice and can guess Job desc from my H1. Would that help or just it is too risky. I would appreciate if you can share your experience with me.
Thanks

gnkishore,

As soon as you decide to switch your lawyer ( which I assume you will, when you switch jobs ) I think he will then submit a G28. Simultaneously, he will get your entire file from your old lawyer(which is a normal practice), which obviously will consist of your LC .

Hope this helps.

Your new lawyer should be able to get the papers from your previous one. My lawyer gave 15 days time to my previous attorney and he complied within that time period.

Another option is to go for FOIA.

Don't have a copy of my LC right now...search here you'll find a link to see your LC details (if not substituted).
I changed the lwyr...prv didn't respond to my new lwyr...so I found all my details in that website. I filed AC21 & G28.
Meantime I already did FOIA to get my copies..

hope this would help

Which website did you search?

Hello First time,

Which website did you search to get your LC deatils? And how did you search by- by case number?

Thank you so much,

SN

But the site mentioned by you only gives the info about job title. Not the job description.
How one files FOIA to get copy of labor and I-140. My company would not give these as they say these are company petitions and they do not have a policy to give these to employees. My lawyer is on company payroll.

It was Dept of Labor...search here you can find it. Many people posted that site name.
You have to download entire file...in that you can search by your name (substitute labors won't be found).
