AC21 while case is in local office 4 interview

I heard that the sponsoring company has problems with government and has only handful of employees. And this is told by employer.

My case is transferred to Detroit and will processed in next 3-6 months. NOw I realize it is transferred due these reasons probably. My 485 case was filed at vermont from pittsburgh. Now i live in michigan

Anyways, beforfe they reject, is it safe to file AC-21?

Please advice

What are the requirements for AC-21.

I have to file for I-140 approval notice, as it is lost in mail.

------ yes you can send AC21 request now to local office ( file will reach local office after 15-20 days of transfer date online message ) best option take new employer letter at the time of interview and invoke AC21

What are the requirements for AC-21.
-------- new employer future permanent job offer letter with same/similar job duties + copy of I-485 filing+ your intent change letter and request to invoke AC21( in your case the officer will take the new employer letter at the time of INTERVIEW)

------- for AC21 you dont need the copy of I-140 approval notice, USCIS has that in your file.
