AC21: Whats the possible problem if you don\'t have copies of I-140 and Labor Cert?

If your employer won\'t provide you a copy of labor cert and I-140? How do you know what was your job title in labor cert?

Is that the same lawyer filled in I-140 and I-485(?)

What going to happen if you don\'t have approved copies of Labor Cert and I-140 with you and you\'ve used AC21??
 
freedom of information act gives you access to these forms

file a freedom of information act request to view
your INS file and all document you send INS. it may take time,
but it worked for a friend of mine. (she was doing a N400 application and lost all greencard paper work)

Thank you for letting me know that there is a way out. I\'m sure attornies must be aware of this law and may help me get all these papers in case company wont\' provide them.
