AC21 used, Got Hourly Job, can this create a problem???

Hi There,

If you already left your original employer and joined another one, on a permanent basis, then again left this employer and joind a contractual position with no end date and on a hourly basis but on W2 ( i think so only this matters), in same profession, same professional title but at a higher salary. Will this create a problem once you get a RFE for employment verification.

This is good thing to be prepare urself for any situation.

Plx do share us what doc you can provide them if RFE is issued and they asked common input like other get in RFE. so other can share their exp if they are in similar situation like you. don't worry. and don't panic.... noone is perfect. nor they are expecting form us. :D . I have seen worst week case then urs.

W2 hourly is no problem. The labour cert simply converts the hourly rate to an annual salary. I have a GC and have been W2 hourly for 8 years.
