AC21:Two important questions

1) I consulted two lawyers on AC21 and both of them told me they should research DOT# to make sure I will comply with the "Same or Similar Job condition", in addition to the AC21 letter. Interesting.

Do you know where I can find such DOT code ?
Current job is "Systems Administrator" and new job would be "Senior Systems Engineer".

2)
I think this is not a problem, but I will ask to make sure:
If I change jobs under AC21, is my priority date of April 2002 be preserved ?
I have I-140 approved, I-485 > 180 days.

By the way, my decision to reconsider changing jobs is after the nasty October Visa Bulletin 2005 release. God knows if I will stay waiting for 2 or 3+ years on this.

Seems pretty "same or similar" here. Check at the Department of Labor's web site, for "Dictionary of Occupational Titles". But really, I wouldn't worry.

Of course.
