AC21 Twice RFE

Dear Guru's, I need your kind help.

My 140 approved 12/2004 From company A and working for the client company C through Company B. It is contract to hire position. Joined company B using AC21 on March 2005. Company C asked me to join directly and hence used another AC21 to join company C. Mean time Company A revoked my I140 on 9/2005. USCIS issues a RFE against EAD to send the copy of approved 140 for me and my spouse. They approve both of our EADs on 12/2005. Got a 2nd finger print for me alone on 3/2006. Now they issues another RFE against myself and my son's I485.

Is my case become critical? What might be the reason to get the RFE twice once on Nov 2005 for me and my spose against EAD and another on on 5/2006 for me and my son against 485?

I am working on the same project and same client from 2003 even before filing my labor. But there is a 20K rice is salary. Is it going to hurt our 485?

My new lawyer send G28 twice. All the AP and EAD related communication goes to the new lawyer. USCIS sends all the 485 related communication to old law firm. Is there a way can i ask USCIS to send all the letters to the new law firm?

RFE against 485 was issue on 5/17/2006. But still both the law firms didn't receive the letter. I am not getting any proper response from my old law firm. What will happen if they keep saying that they didn't receive my RFE? Is there any other way can i get my RFE details?

Please Help me.

The EAD RFEs are completely seperate from the RFEs you received now. The fact that they issued one for both you and your dependent incidates its more a paperwork issue (or maybe the medicals) than something substantive related to your use of AC21.

If it was AC21-related, they wouldn't be issuing an RFE for your son. Sit tight, wait for the RFE, and see what they want. If it was issued on Thursday what makes you think anyone would receive it on Friday??
