AC21 Twice Impact

I know this question has been posted several times on this forum, but I wanted to know if anyone in this forum personally used AC21 twice to change jobs?
I am EB3(India) with PD in early 2003 and I already used AC21 once.
Recently there is an article on murthy.com about AC21 and the implications of using AC21 more than once if INS comes up with a much stricter regulation.

If anyone in this forum personally used AC21 twice, can you please share your experiences / thoughts? I think this is a very common topic these days that helps many of us.

I am also confused whether to use AC21 twice or not. The Client I have been working for want to make me a direct employee. Job decription will be nealy same but some more might get added. The salary, wok location etc is also same.
 
For the sake of AC21 and GC, you must have a Permanent Bonafied Job.

The term premanent looses some of its meanings if you are jumping jobs too quickly. That is what people say USCIS might not be happy about.

There is no telling how long is considered "permanent".
