AC21 suggestions.

My only concern is what happens if new job doesn't work out ? I would be a in a very unconfortable situation seeking again for a full-time job on same or similar occupation restriction thing. That's the part that I worry about.

When I left my first job .. after fulfilling AC21 requirements .. I did not get same / similar job but all sort of jobs including accounting .... I got simillar job 6 months before my GC was approved ... even if I only had a "bonafide" job offer letter, I would have no issue with approval.

Plus ... one can only do his best ... job or no job is all in the hands of the creator.

Used AC21

Finally, keeping all worries/doubts aside I switched job using AC21.

I got the employment letter from new employer which matches 95%(word-to-word) with my LC Job description and the Job Title in same job clasification.

Since, I am on EAD and old employer may withdraw 140, I am switching to my own attorney and sending AC21 docs pro-actively, wheather it will make any difference at USCIS or not. I will loose some money to transfer to new attorney, but at least I will have peace of mind that I have done everything from my side.

As Cheekoo said in previous post, now all is in the hands of the creator.
