AC21 - Some questions

I am eligible to change jobs using AC21 but have a few questions.
1. When I take a new job do i need to make sure that its a 100% match. My lawyer said NO but here is what i mean. I dont know my labor job desc but from ET1 750B .its very general meaning programming ,client support and IT etc using oracle related tools. Now if i take up a job that involves support of IT applications with a title of support analyst is that ok?? .My original title is programmer analyst.


As per the lawyer all i need to make sure is work in IT thats it .

As per the title i think your ok. It is the job duties where i would be little bit careful. Why don't just copy and paste the job description from form ETA 750 onto your new Employement letter if it is possible since it is the same type of job.

I dont have ETA 750A form which means i need to file FOIA. Should i wait more 20 days to file that because thats when i complete 180 days. also my case is in CSC and i live in midwest. where should i send that form to ?

did you get an RFE ?? or your asking what if i get an RFE??

you can file FOIA now . your FOIA should be sent to where you filed I140 make sure you ask for underlying labor along with approved I140 . you can aslo try the DOL (file FOIA) where you filed the labour some DOL's will send you ETA forms.

i havent got RFE right now. thx for ur help. i am unable to find CSC address for FOIA .should i just send to the CA address from the website.
