AC21 Salary Issue

My Labor was a subtituted one. Labor cert. Prevail wages is about 52K but the salary in labor is about 56K. According to I-140 the salary is about 65K. currently i am earning around 65K. if i respond to the RFE with 65K as current salary will that create any problem?. title & description are the same.
 
should be ok since your job title/description is the same. USCIS is aware that salary can increase due to good performance, company situation etc. My salary also increased siginificantly from what was on my Labor Certificate to the time I got an employment RFE. no issues.
