AC21 Rules Pl.

Hey Friends,

I applied 1-140 on Nov-2003 and I-485 on Dec-2003 , just got the approval on Jan-7-2004 . I want to use AC21 to shift the job to improve my salary compensations – Is my employer can do any thing on my case of I-140 & I-485 .

Thanks in advance . All your thoughts are more valuable for me .
 
You are ONLY allowed to change your employer after completing 180 days from your I 485 RD. Even your I-140 approved it doesn't matter if you are not completed 180 days.
 
Help Please

My brother filed I 485 in June 2004 and his I 140 was already been Approved in May 2004. He have still 1 year valid H1 and also an EAD. Now he want to use AC21 portability act. He have folowing question's here --- Any answers will be greatly appreciated!!
1) Is it compulsory to use EAD to move to new company
2) Can he move to new company with new H1??
3) If he move to new company with new H1.., Can he able to utilize AC21 act with new company??
4) Which is better option to use – H1 or EAD???
