AC21 Rule

Folks,

Which one of the below statements is correct for concurrent filers?

"AC21 comes into play if I140 is already approved and I485 has been pending for more than 180 days (6 months)"

or

"AC21 becomes effective 6 months after concurrently filing I140/I485"

I am geeting confused

Would appreciate any feedback.

AC21 comes into play if I140 is already approved and I485 has been pending for more than 180 days (6 months)AND I-140 is NOT revoked when I-485 is pending less than 180 days
