AC21 -- RFE on I-485

Hi ,

Today we got a mail requesting additional evidence for my application for adjustment of status.

We were expecting this, since we didn't submit Birth certificate and Medicals when we applied for AOS in Sep/Oct 2005 due to the timelines.

Recently i changed my job using EAD, and was planning to invoke AC21,meanwhile i got the RFE.

Can i invoke AC21, while submitting requested evidence ?

Please suggest.

-why write 'WE' why not to write "I got mail'?
We were expecting this, since we didn't submit Birth certificate and Medicals when we applied for AOS in Sep/Oct 2005 due to the timelines.

-----YES (by sending new employer same similar job duties, it will not hurt if you also attach copy of your latest 2-3 pay stubs)
Please suggest.

i used "we" instead of "I", b'coz me and my spouse got the RFE's on our 485's.
