AC21 - Revoke

I would like to know from guru's on this forum, if once applied AC21 and changed the employer: If something happend with the new job, is there any possible that the AC21 employer can do anything with I485 application or not?

To change employers we need to use AC21 after 180 days of (I485) the receipt date / notice date /approval date? Which is best.

------- he cant do anything with I-485 but he can withdraw the permanent job offer and you need to provide new permanent job offer letter from new employer
