I have read in some of the forums and I am not sure if this is true?

Can someone provide some inputs on this?

Real Canadian- What happens if a company revokes approved I-140 after 180 days of I-485 filing. Can the company use the LC/priority date to a different employee. In that case how the priority date works? Can two persons use the same LC/proirity date to get GC?

only one gets the gc(the first one usually), other gets deportation

;)

The difficult question will be: if an employer uses revoked LC to substitue someone and this guy is not from retrogressed country, he may get 485 approval earlier than oringinal petitioner. I don't think USCIS has solution now. Both seems legal.

If someone gets GC based on substitute LC that is fine. But my question is what is going to happen to the ORIGINAL EMPLOYEE with pending I485
who joined another company using AC21?

As I said, the original employee will be just fine even if the employer revokes the I-140 and attempts to reuse the original LC, and will retain the priority date.
