Greetings,
My I 485 application was filed in June 2007, My 140 was approved before filing I 485, I used Substitute labor( EB2). I have copy of 140, copy of labor and original receipts of 485, EAD, AP (Me and spouse).
I am getting a good permanent offer from a client.
1. My current H1 is valid till mid of 2009, if my new employer is ready to apply for new H1. How long will I get the H1 extension? Can I use my existing 140 to get H1 extension for that for 3 years?
2. What are the implications if I change the employer by using AC21.
3. Even though I paid all attorney fees for my GC process, my current Attorney was never responded to me, do I need to change another attorney in case of any quires from USCIS?
4. What are the problems my current employer can create if I change the employer by using AC21? The reason is I do have a bond with them.
5. Do I pro actively change the attorney and has to send AC21 letter to USCIS?
6. My new Job title is going to be similar and Job description is same and pay is higher as shown in the labor.
(I apologize for cross posting)
