In GC Labor Certification, current Name Of Job : Programmer/Analyst, but Occupation in Which Alien is Seeking Work : Senior Programmer/Analyst. The Employment Offer Letter included with I-485 application intends to employ the beneficiary as Senior Programmer/Analyst after GC. Job Description is primarily touching on DOL's job description for Programmer/Analyst.
AC21 Use:
Now 180 days is over and the beneficiary is getting an offer for Lead Developer for computer programming-related work. Exact Job Description for the new job is unknown.
Questions :
*What are the steps should be taken if the guy does not have any control on the job description Or Job Title for the new job. Whether the original Offer letter from the new employer is important or a To-Whom-It-May-Concern type Employment Letter will suffice in case of RFE or Interview.?
*If the guy can manage to get some of the sentences from Previous Offer Letter included in the new offer letter, mentioning that Job Title Lead Developer is similar to Senior Programmer/Analyst -- Does it make the case strong as far as applicability of AC-21 Portability is concerned ?
