AC21 questions - HELP

Filed I-140/485 concurrent last Nov right before the company was sold to other investors. Everything, job and pay, stay the same with this ownership change. Had company affidavit, indicating the same wage and work condition and no H1 ammendent needed. I-140 got approved in June, so did EAD and AP. Now seriously considering a job change under AC21. Most likely the new location will belong to the different service center. Will inform VSC about the address change. Here are the questions

1. If 2nd FP is needed, would VSC send it to a local office not within center area.

2. When renew EAD and AP, providing renew application to VSC, Can I walk to a local office, which again is not within VSC area, to get an intrim one after 90 days?

3. Is there any negative impact on the case? considering the fact ownership was changed right after application submission (less than 180 days) and before I140 approval

------- inform VSC about address change write out side of the envelop in bold " Address Change, provide your I-485 reciept copy, write your old and new address provide DOB, name and A #, send form AR11 to different address and call up NCSC to update your address becase BCIS takes time to update the new address.

---- if they have your new address updated they will send it to your new address and nearest Fingerprint center will do your fingerprints if needed second time

--- You have to send your renewal application to VSC if they don’t send AP or EAD in 90 days go to your nearest BCIS local office after 90 days for iEAD
3. Is there any negative impact on the case? considering the fact ownership was changed right after application submission (less than 180 days) and before I140 approval
--- depends how the new company was taken over, you must ask your lawyer he may be knowing the correct info regarding the company sold to other company and what are the clauses in agreement
