one question regarding ac21. I filed 140 and 485 concurrent in may 25th.
I got 140 and ead/ap approved.
can I use ac21 on nov 26th. as I am completing 6 months. its not exactly nov 26th what I mean is any day after that. I am going to see 50k salary more as I got an offer with the same duties..
My pd is jun 2002 eb2.
guru's any ideas / suggestions.
