AC21 Question??

My I-140 was recently approved. Its not been 180 days yet since I applied (RD) for I-485.
Q1. If I want to change my employer after 180 days, do I need to send AC21 letter to USCIS?
Q2. Does the new company has to apply for I-140 and do I have do reapply for I-485?
Hopefully my I-485 will be approved soon.
Q3. Once I have the GC on hand how long do need to work for sponsoring company?

I would really appreciate some inputs from all GURUS of this forum.

Q2. Does the new company has to apply for I-140 and do I have do reapply for I-485?
--NO, they should give you permanent job offer latter with same similar job duties as on LC
