AC21 Question.Please help me

Hi,

I am planning to switch the employer and am eligible for that.First of all is it necessary to file AC21?Can I move to different employer with out filing AC21?Can you please tell me how long it's going to take to file AC21 and how much have to pay to attorney?.

There's no requirement that you use an attorney at all. Just provide a cover letter and a letter from your new employer.
