ac21 portability

I expect to take the AC21 portability clause after 180 days of 485 filing.. One of the things to take note of is that AC21 requires that the job description should be the same in the new job. When I filed the original LC I did not have any white hair and was a software engineer. Years later, I have a few white hair and expect to join the new job as an IT manager or a project manager.

Is this still valid for AC21 portability? The industry will be the same but I probably will be in a different position in the organization chart...
