AC21:Please advise on format of letter

When transferring jobs under EAD, what does the letter new employer should issue to show jobs are same or similar to old job look like ?

Should a standard letter (Company letterhead on top, then saying ´This is to inform yhou that employee_name has been hired as a senior systems engineer. His main job duties are:maintain, migrate, enhance networks of Windows 2003 and program using VB´.

Then signature from HR person.

Is that going to be enough as a letter from employer, then if later an AC21 letter needs to be sent to NSC, I guess you could attach a formal letter to NSC invoking AC21 ?

They include JOB DUTIES ( IN MY CASE THEY WERE WORD TO WORD MATCH FROM LABOUR.)

Although his employment is at will, this is a regular full-time position. We expect to continue to utilize his skills in this position after approval of his form I-485
