Since EB1, EB2 and EB3 categories are retrogressed to stone age :(
nobody knows when there will be a progress and how much and how long it takes to become current.

So, I think many people are thinking about the AC21 for various reasons (Better Salary, Good Employer, etc..) if AC21 option is available for those people.

Please write your views (pros and cons), how it will effect your career, life style, future GC...I think that will help so many of our friends to chose the AC21 if necessary.

People we already got benifited from AC21 views are much more valuable for new folks...:)

Please remember this thread is only with respect to "AC21 option with new Retrogression".

AC-21 Options retrogression

I wonder what are the pros and cons of the following
1. Start your own company
2. Apply for AC-21 as the employee of your own company

RFE after AC21

I came across "Ability to pay" RFE while reading some of the threads related toEmp based GC. After changing the employer with AC21, would there still be an issue of "ability to pay" which needs to be answered by the new employer? Or is it only for 140 applications?
I am just trying to get an idea on what is needed/expected from a new employer. Some of the job postings say "no sponsorship". Is it ok to take those offers as well since EAD is avail (as long as the job duties are similar/same)?
Thanks

I also plan to file for AC21 proactively (as soon as I get first pay check from the new company).
I am considering to join a desi consulting firm/body shopper. I heard good things about this company but don't know a lot. What kind of data I need to gather before deciding on this new/prospective employer? I don't think they will show me the past tax returns :)
