Gurus,
This AC21 is still a gray area for me where I will appreciate you guys can help with it. My labour was filed under company A. While I-140 was in process My company merged with company B. So, my attorney applied new I-140 for the company B. Immediately after I-485 was filed, again two more acquisitions happened and now I am working for Company D. In this whole thing I never changed my job where all of them were mergers. Another thing is that I have moved to CA after applying for I-485.

Now, my question is do I need to inform BCIS about the mergers and current job? Because, I have recently seen a posting about an I-485 denial. Also, on every merger I had new lawyers too. I believe they didn't send any info. on my case to BCIS. I will appreciate your advice on this.

Since it is more than 180 days from 485 RD, you are safer to exercise AC21 (otherwise, you have to amend the i140 and keep adding).

If the job description is the same, AC21 is the best option for you. About informing BCIS, see other threads (including ones in AC21 portability forums)
