AC21 - New offer title different

Friends,

I am planing to invoke AC21.I have 140 approved over 180 days and 485 pending since both 140/485 applied at a time. I have already started working in new company since June 2006. Is it ok to invoke AC21 now.

Also the new company are not willing to give me what my LC says "software engineer" rather they would give like "IT Consultant". My new role matches over 70% of the LC description just that it adds new stuff like oracle dba etc. Can some body advice on would it be any issue on the new title or addition of roles like Oracle dba :)

------- job offer letter to invoke AC21 should have PERMANENT JOB OFFER( I dont think Consultant is permanent job offer) , USCIS looks at job duties if they are same/similar. take the help of new comany lawyer to invoke AC21 so that he can draft a letter
