AC21: moving to a different state and a different team but with the same employer?

Hi,
Some AC21 questions.. Experts, please help..

i. I asked this question earlier and Ginnu and other folks replied that it is okay but am still concerned as I see people asking this question again:

Can I switch to a different company that is in a different state altogether?

ii. If yes, do I lose the eligibility to waive the I-485 interview? And does this mean that I would definitely get an interview?

iii. Are there any other implications other than losing the waiver?

iv. If I move to a different state and team but stay with the same employer, do I have to file AC21? Will I lose the eligibility for waiver in this case as well?

v. Could someone do this even if they are not eligible for AC21?

Thanks very much.

Hi,
Some AC21 questions.. Experts, please help..

i. I asked this question earlier and Ginnu and other folks replied that it is okay but am still concerned as I see people asking this question again:
------- if any doubt please go to any good lawyer and get legal advice
Can I switch to a different company that is in a different state altogether?
----- if you qualfy for AC21 then answer is YES
ii. If yes, do I lose the eligibility to waive the I-485 interview?
------ it is not must that you will be interviewd if used AC21, many I-485 files(5-10%) get transfred to local office for interview even if they dont use AC21
And does this mean that I would definitely get an interview?
-------- it is not , may be or may be not. USCIS decide the file transfer or interview
iii. Are there any other implications other than losing the waiver?
----- what waiver?
iv. If I move to a different state and team but stay with the same employer, do I have to file AC21?
--- if you move to diffrent state and your employer is the same who filed I-140 for you then no need of AC21

Will I lose the eligibility for waiver in this case as well?
---- I dont understand this
v. Could someone do this even if they are not eligible for AC21?
Do What??
Thanks very much.

thanks, ginnu. I appreciate your responses. To clarify the last question - can someone move to a different state and work for the same employer (different team) IF they are not eligible for AC21?

Also, the other question I had was: if I move to a different state and work for a different team (but same employer), would it be any more likely that I would be called for an interview than if I just stayed where I was?

Thanks again. You are really helpful.

----yes

------- nobody can say if your I-485 will be sent for interview or not only 5-10% cases are sent for interview, moving to diffrent state is NOT the criteria that you will get interview.
Thanks again. You are really helpful.
