I work for a contracting company consulting for a big corporation for over 2 years. I have the approved 1-140 and I-485 has been pending over a year. Currently I am on EAD. I am being offered a permanent positon (same position, different job title) by the client. But the salary is 25% lower than the one mentioned in the labor. The client believes that when the benefits add up, it would come close to the one in labor. Will this be a problem?
Existing title: Technical analyst
New title: Business systems analyst
Job description will be similar (with new additions).
Current employer based in east coast so I filed in VSC
New employer based in Texas.
Also, do I need to send the AC21 letter to USCIS the same day I change the employer? Does my case need to be transferred from VSC to TSC?
