AC21 - local transfer - please help (kansas city)

my file has been transfered to local office in Kansas City, MO. Any one knows how long it takes to get interview in KC ?

Also, i utilized AC21 .. changed jobs after 180 days.
What documents will I need for that?
Does the employment have to be in the same region where you did your labor?
or
Is it fine as long as it is under the same local office\'s jurisdiction?

For AC21, no restriction on region, but need to be in same or similar profession. You need to document that, e.g. job description etc.
