AC21 letter from HR or manager

Guys,

I have a good offer in hand, planning to take it based on some of the clarifications that i can get on AC21 letter.

I am not planning to inform bcis. However if i get an RFE and i have to provide the offer letter, shud that be from HR or the hiring manager.

Hiring manager is willing to give a letter as needed, however he is not sure if HR will give a letter as required.

As per the offer letter from HR , job description is different and title is also different.

Can i use the letter from manager(Senior VP) and use it for RFE, if i get an RFE. Wud BCIS goback to the company and verify the offer letter with HR?

As long as it is on company;s letter head and it has contact information of person writing it, it should be okay. double check with ur lawyer

-------Better if from HR, president, Vice president or from the person who sign the I-140 petitions for company or H1 filing papers for employees

------ it is not good for you to use AC21, better get letter with same skills and same title( job title does not matter much but better let them write the same skills as on approved LC)
