AC21 & lawyer

I140 approved and over 180 days from filing 485, planning to change employer ..

question -
1. When filing for AC21 (to support change in employer), is it advisable to change the lawyer (who filed I-140 & I485) ..
I believe that my existing lawyer wont support my pending 485 if i change my employer.
2. Will this impact my 485 case ?

------------------ I will hire my lawyer and file G28 with him so that he can update service center that he represent me and past Lawyer XYZ no more represent me
2. Will this impact my 485 case ?
--Not becase of Lawyer change
