Please help me here.
Company A holds my H1-B and applied my GC. I've my 140 approval and 485 pending for almost 300 days now (concurrent application).
I'm getting an offer from Client B, which I'm presently working, with company A. I'm planning to tell this to A, only after I get the written offer from B and B agrees to file for AC-21. Lets assume B is ok to file for my AC-21 on the day I start with them. After all this is confirmed, if I talk to A, and for some reason, he says that I cannot join B, since they have some agreement with B (ofcourse through a vendor). In that case, if I cannot join B and if A cancels my I-140 the same day even if I work for him for 2 wks of giving notice, what would be the scenario.
How best I can resolve this issue. Please explain and give me your ideas asap.
