Mine was an EB1-OR case, and the funding for my research project ran out past 200 days into filing 485. My previous job title was as a Research Associate, and I took up a job in a different state (and center) with a job title of Research Scientist with a slightly hoigher pay (+15%).

My questions are:

1. whether I could even apply for AC21 on EB1-OR.

2. if the new employment needs to be shown "permanent" and if so what would be the correct wording on the appointment letter.

3. if I should actually show the same salary and job title as the old one just to be safe.

Someone please advice since I could get an RFE anytime now.
 
1. Yes
2. "after approval of adjustment of status based on the IV application." is more potent. There is no permanent employment is the USA
3. No job responsibilities/ description are more important than title (your titles are also similar!!) and salary...
