AC21: Informing INS regarding Job Change.

It seems that the informing INS part requires an individual to write a letter indicating the job change and INS will request info of the new employer. This raises some questions.
(1) Does the letter just state the change of job or does it require job description in detail?

(2)Then does INS send an RFE for the detailed job description?

I didnot inform the INS about my job change. My case is approved !
